Magnolia

Did you know that Magnolia is an ancient plant that lived with dinosaurs 20 million years ago? 
According to the language of flowers, Magnolia stands for "I seek my happiness in nature". 
The sign for Magnolian is that most varieties bloom on bare twigs, ie the flowers come before the green leaves. 
Japan is strongly associated with Magnolia and very popular as an alternative medicine. Magnolia is said to 
be de-stressing and ramp-suppressing, counteracting gassy stomach and menstrual problems, and good for 
the heart and vessels.
