Wise as an owl? Or do you sense owls in the bog?

There are many sayings for this wise bird that is relatively rare but that we can at least sometimes manage to hear, but perhaps not always see, in the forest. The owl is most active at night and also sees best then!

However, our owl is sharp-sighted at all hours of the day and looks great in every house and home on its little stump. Easily placed on a sideboard or in a window, it watches beautifully with great security and vigilance.
