Parrots are the smartest birds in the world!

The most teachable parrots are cockatoos and grey jacon, but in total there are 393 species of parrots. Unique about the parrot, besides being teachable and able to learn over 2,000 words, is also that it can live up to 100 years.

Is there any other animal that can live that old?

A completely new species has also just been discovered and unique. At the time of writing, it is so newly discovered that it is very unclear how old this species can live, but what we do know is that it is currently ONLY captured in #ÄLSKAPLÅT's warehouse to be released for public viewing in Swedish homes!

This handsome bird is now fully ready to see the light of day and is available in two species; black and brass.
